Please note that your internet connection significantly affects video call quality. If the video/audio problems persist even with a faster connection, try selecting a different camera/microphone in your device settings (ideally use an HD camera). Video and audio quality can also depend on your device, so please check the technical requirements here.
Another way to access your devices' (camera & microphone) display settings is by clicking on the "..." (More Options) icon...
... which will open up a popup overlay providing you with options to choose any other devices you might have, in order to try to resolve your performance issues.
As an interim fix (to actively keep you in the meeting), try toggling to 2D mode by simply clicking the "F" key on your keyboard. If the bandwidth issue is still too severe, consider deactivating your camera with the buttons at the bottom of your meeting screen. You'll still be able to participate in the meeting, although the other attendees won't be able to see you.
