Just go to https://room3d.com, scroll all the way to the page's footer and click on the Help Center link. Share your thoughts on the pop-up form and then submit.
You could also enter your suggestions in the post-meeting poll that always pops up when exiting a meeting.
Your suggestions will be directly forwarded to our staff and reviewed for possible inclusion in a future update to our software!
Alternatively, you could get in touch with our support staff and track the progress of your automatically-generated support request ticket by contacting us through one of these other methods which require that you share your email address:
(1) From the persistent, floating “?” icon on the ROOM website's Log In page, choose Help Center when the list expands...
... from which you can create your own support ticket by clicking on the "Submit a Request" button, at the header's right. You can also go directly to the Help Center's URL, https://room3d.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
(2) From the persistent, floating “?” icon on the ROOM Dashboard page, click, then choose Help Center when the list expands.
(3) From inside any of the ROOM meeting venues: click on the "..." icon in the toolbar, then select “Report a Problem” in the popup list to produce a handy form...
... with ample space to capture any feature requests or constructive comments (in addition to the occasional performance issue).
