Once logged in, you'll see your dashboard. The dashboard displays available Rooms in your plan. Select your preferred space, click "Enter Room". After checking your camera and mic on the next screen, your video conference will begin.
After entering a room, by using the Invite icon at the bottom right and sharing the link through email or messaging apps, your invitees can join upon clicking the shared link.
Please note that there is a limit on the maximum number of users that can join the same Room meeting at the same time. Users who try to join after the maximum number is reached will see a page saying the Room is full. If you need those people to be present as well, you can try entering a larger Room and share the Room link with all participants.
If you receive a Room meeting link, just click on the link to enter the room.
