If you are having any other problems than those described in this support page, such as something odd which is hard to describe, then you can try a hard reset. Follow the instructions below to do a hard reset for the Room web site.
For Chrome and Edge:
- Open room3d.com on Chrome or Edge
- Press F12 on the keyboard
- Right click on the refresh icon which is on the left of the address bar.
- Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
For Safari:
- Open room3d.com on Safari
- Hold down all of these keys at the same time: command + option + R
