Do a quick check using the list below before you start troubleshooting:
- Make sure you're unmuted within the Room meeting. Note that other people can mute you to reduce background noise, but they can't unmute you. If this happens, to unmute yourself, click on the mic icon at the bottom of the screen during a Room meeting.
- Verify that you've selected the correct microphone or speaker.
- If you're using a monitor, ensure it's not selected as your audio device.
- If you are using an external microphone, check that your computer's Bluetooth settings are correctly configured or microphone’s cable is attached to the computer. Also check that the microphone device is turned on.
- To share audio from a presentation, share a tab on your computer.
