On your dashboard, in the left-hand menu, you will see the 'Account' menu. Clicking on it will take you to your Account page.
To ensure your account details are accurate, follow these steps to update your name, email, and password.
- Navigate to the account page by clicking on the Account menu on the left.
- Click on Edit
- Update your name, email address or password.
Please note that we will send an email to your new email address and your account will not be updated until you click on the confirmation button in that email.
To delete your account, navigate to the bottom right corner of the page and click on Delete Account and then follow the on-screen instructions. Account delete button is only available for B2C users. Company account managers will follow the B2B user account deletion process.
