On your dashboard, in the left-hand menu, you will see the 'Meet' menu. Clicking on it will take you to the Meet page. To start scheduling your first meeting, click the 'Book a Room' button in the top right corner and follow the on-screen instructions.
The Meet page is where you can schedule, update, and delete meetings.
Please note the maximum number of users displayed on the Room card can join a Room meeting at a given time. Users who try to join after the maximum number is reached will see a page saying the Room is full. If you need those people to be present as well, you can try entering a larger Room and share the Room link with all participants.
Participants can join a scheduled meeting starting 15 minutes before and up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Once joined, participants can remain in the meeting even if it lasts beyond the scheduled duration. However, new participants cannot join if they attempt to enter more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
