VISIBLE TO USERS:
- Updated ‘Meet’ page menu - now B2C users are able to schedule meetings. For B2B users the ‘Meet’ menu remains the same, no updates.
- If a guest is invited, and he is a Room-registered user, he will see the meeting where he was invited to in the Upcoming Events screen.
- NOTE: since scheduled links will expire after the "set time" ends, users can add them manually as recurrent meetings in Outlook, Google Meet, etc.
- If a non-registered guest user that has been invited to a meeting later registers to Room with that email, s/he will be able to see that future meeting in the Upcoming Meetings screen.
- Currently, we are adhering to the B2B rules, specifying that the scheduled meeting is removed from the list 15 minutes after the it ends.
- Once the meeting has started, a ‘Meeting has Started!’ message is displayed on the relevant MEET page's card.
- Once the meeting has started, the organizer can’t edit or delete the meeting.
- The MEET page will display the first 20 meetings. If the user scrolls down, the next 20 will display, and so on.
